By placing an order with Sprinkles Wedding & Cake Designs, you agree to these

Terms & Conditions.

The Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure all orders. Wedding cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid 3 weeks before the wedding date.

Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation. Bank transfer is the preferred payment method.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled 14 working days or more before collection or delivery may receive a refund of monies paid excluding the deposit.

Refunds and credit notes are issued solely at the discretion of ,

Sprinkles Wedding & cake Designs.

Collection

Responsibility transfers to the customer once a collected cake leaves our premises.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage during transport, storage or handling after collection.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to deliver your cake in perfect condition.

Once delivered, assembled (where applicable), inspected and accepted by the customer or venue

representative, responsibility transfers to them.

Wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes are constructed using professional supports, cake boards and dowels.

We cannot accept responsibility after delivery for damage caused by hightemperatures, direct sunlight, venue conditions, incorrect storage, movement of the

cake, handling by venues, guests or third parties, or accidental damage.

Cake Design & Stability

Where appropriate, we may recommend specific coverings or finishes, including

ganache, to improve the stability of stacked cakes, particularly during warmer weather.

If a customer chooses an alternative finish after receiving this advice, the cake will be

made to the agreed specification.

Quality & Complaints

All cakes are baked fresh to order. Any concerns regarding quality or condition must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Complaints made after this period cannot normally be investigated. Refunds or replacements will only be considered where a cake is proven to be faulty or not supplied as agreed.

Allergens

Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat

(gluten), eggs, milk, nuts and soya. We cannot guarantee any product is completely

allergen-free.

Photographs

We reserve the right to photograph completed cakes and use the images for our

website, social media and promotional material.

Wedding Consultations

Cake tasting boxes are available for £30. We recommend booking wedding cakes 8–12

months in advance.

Environmental Conditions

While every care is taken to ensure cakes are structurally sound at the point of delivery. cakes are delicate products and may be affected by temperature and humidity.

Sprinkles Wedding & Cake Designs cannot be held responsible for changes occurring after delivery that are outside our control.
